- 1 Medium-Sized Banana
Lunch
- Handful Mixed Nuts (Brazil nuts, Almonds, Walnuts)
- 6 Crackers with Low-Fat Cottage Cheese.
- 1 Medium Fruit (Peach, Apple, Pear, Plum , etc)
Dinner
- 3 oz. Sirloin Steak
- Medium Baked Potato
- 1/4 Cup Onions
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms
- 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
- 1 Teaspoon olive or canola oil (cooking)
