For Women 1250 Calorie Diet


Breakfast
  • 1/2 Cup Canned Fruit Cocktail - in natural juice only
  • 2 Slices Whole Wheat Toast with 1 tsp Butter
  • 8 oz. (1 cup) Trim (1%) Milk
Snack
  • 1 Medium-Sized Banana
Lunch
  • Handful Mixed Nuts (Brazil nuts, Almonds, Walnuts)
  • 6 Crackers with Low-Fat Cottage Cheese.
  • 1 Medium Fruit (Peach, Apple, Pear, Plum , etc)
Dinner
  • 3 oz. Sirloin Steak 
  • Medium Baked Potato
  • 1/4 Cup Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Teaspoon olive or canola oil (cooking)
